Sally’s Empowerment Series
Women’s Self-Defense Seminars
Led by Renshi Sally Durman, these quarterly empowerment seminars are designed for women of all ages. Drawing on Sally’s own journey from survivor to black belt, each session covers practical self-defense tactics, awareness strategies, and confidence-building exercises.

Family & Kids Events
Parents Night Out
A fun night for kids and peace of mind for parents. Drop your child off for martial arts games, supervised activities, and pizza while you enjoy a night out. $20 per child.
Movie Night
Family-friendly movies, popcorn, and a safe space for kids to bond. Held every other month, designed to keep our martial arts community connected.
Buddy Events
Students can bring a friend for free — the perfect way to introduce others to martial arts while making training more fun.
Seasonal Celebrations
Celebrate With Us
We love building traditions that go beyond the mats. From Christmas in July to Halloween parties and Easter events, our school hosts themed gatherings that are as much about fun and friendship as they are about fitness.
Guest Instructor Seminars
Learn From the Best
Throughout the year, we invite highly skilled guest instructors to share their expertise in martial arts, self-defense, and fitness. These special seminars ($30–$50 per participant) give students exposure to new perspectives and advanced techniques, enriching their training journey.
Military & Community Outreach
Stronger Together
As part of our partnership with Eglin Air Force Base, we host free family seminars that focus on resilience, empowerment, and self-defense for military spouses and children. These events strengthen our bond with the local military community and provide tools for real-life protection.
